Striper tandems consist of 2 different weight lures on a tandem rig. A 2oz grinning Gus jig with a 6 shad, 4 foot back from the 3 way swivel. The 3oz grinning Gus has a 9 shad, double extra sharp hooks and is on 11 foot of premium leader. When trolled the different weights will troll at different depths in the water column.
